I design and develop training solutions to meet learners’ needs, whether that’s instructor-led or computer-based eLearning! I do everything, starting with a needs assessment to a storyboard and script, through design and development of the actual learning product. Successful project delivery includes assessment of knowledge transfer and learner satisfaction to improve future projects.

I’m originally from New Jersey (the Bruce Springsteen part, not the Snooki part), and recently relocated from Toledo, Ohio to Indiana, PA—the Christmas tree capital of the world, and a town that feels like being in a Hallmark movie, although we still need a gazebo.
My husband and I mentor college students at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and in my spare time, I love connecting with all the friends I’ve made all over, reading and writing. We have a Brady Bunch pet family with my two cats and his dog, who tolerate each other.
